Pero es su propio. En fin no se para constantemente gastar un montón de dinero en el alquiler de un lugar, el chico se compró una casa de 27 m2

Trin is an enterprising person who always dreamed of becoming financially free, exploring the globe, but, as usual, either there is not enough money or time. He came to the conclusion that he needs to save on housing.

Thus, Trin became the owner of a cozy mini-house of 27 m², reducing costs by almost a third.

“The main reason I moved to a smaller home was to achieve financial stability and the ability to retire early. Now I can invest my savings in a fund, and once the fund is worth 25 times my monthly expenses, I can retire,” says Trinh.

But what is life like in such a compact space? The interior of the house reflects the Scandinavian spirit: a bright, open space with accents on wood and minimalism.

But most notable is the abundance of house plants and the large number of windows, which creates a sense of nature inside the house.

On the top floor, Trin has two areas: a sleeping area and a yoga corner. Considering the size of the house, this solution seems quite logical.

The furniture deserves special attention: compact tables, built-in wardrobes and beds with hidden storage drawers. “Everything should have its place, and I strictly follow this principle,” says Trinh.

The kitchen area is a shining example of efficient use of space. Despite its compact size, it is functional and allows for easy cooking and entertaining.

Trinh offers advice to those considering a tiny home: “Before making a choice, live in the home for a while and make sure it’s right for you.”

I wonder if you could imagine yourself in such a house? Share your opinion in the comments.
